Excellent treatment. Dr. Leifert & his son Dr. Leifert are the best! Friendly, calming, great at explaining whats going on in a sensible way. All the dental staff assistants are also wonderful. My kids like going! I too wish their office /desk person Joy, could be less snotty & try to really help as opposed to pretending she is trying to help but just insists you come in when she wants you to. Although a lovely person outside work & I know getting everyone the time they want, they mostly deal with children who have difficult schedules & parents must bring them so have their own work schedules. So it would be nice for her not to act like you are a jerk for not taking the first appointment she offers. But worth dealing with her for these Doctors!!!

Doctor Leifert is a wonderful doctor. However the secretary Joy unlike the meaning of her name, is obnoxious, very rude and discourteous. I noticed many sitters bring kids for appointments and her behavior towards them was very disrespectful. She talked down to them in a very diminishing manner. I had noticed this behavior on more than three occasions until one day I confronted her, of course she totally changed her attitude at the moment. I was so disappointed. I guess they have so many people coming to their office that they don't care about this issue. I won't actually leave the practice for this experience, but I also won't be treated rudely or inappropriately without speaking up!

I love Dr. Leifert he is so nice and plesant he is always saying comferting things and telling me don't worry!

dr. leifert is the best in his field and he has a soft touch that has to be the result of years of experience- he's the best
