I was a victim of assault which left me with 6 damaged teeth. I had dental surgery and root canals done at this office. Both the other doctors agreed to Victims compensation payment agreement, at the last minute Dr. Berger refused to honor payment agreement he agreed to. As a result I have to search for another dentist and delay my recovery. He knew months ago he had no intention of honoring agreement, poor eithic's

I had to get a quick crown for a broken tooth. Dr. Berger did get me in as fast as possible, he worked on the tooth quickly and it did not take hours like other Dentists I have been too. The crown was ready to finish up completely within 2 weeks, no pain and all was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone.
About Front Desk: Front desk were kind, scheduled the appointment to fit my schedule.
About Hygienist: The girls in the office were pleasant and worked well with Dr. Berger, they were clean, polite and quick.

Consultation was almost $200 to tell me I needed new dentures The x ray he took did not even show my gum line. What a bunch of junk.

Receptionist sat there giving billing advice and driving directions while I went un-acknowledged for 10 minutes.....I was put in a room until 2:45 when my appt was for 2pm no one told me "oh I am sorry to have to tell you but there was an emergency and the doctor will be with you as soon as he can, we apologize" ..no, I was left waiting and it was only when I got up at 2:42 and put my sunglasses on to leave that the assistant told me anything. The entire facility was FILTHY , the sink, counters, walls, everywhere I looked there were smudges, and DIRT which any one of the many girls flitting around or standing doing nothing could/should have grabbed something and WIPED and also ALL of the trash cans were disgustingly full and anybody could/should have quickly emptied them and replaced w/ fresh bags.... it gave me the creeps. There was alot of small talk, it was very loud, overall there just wasn't any level of professionalism or customer service that I would want from a doctor/facility which I was about to spend over $10,000 with. I had already noticed lenghty hold times when calling. This doctor was highly touted on the internet, just goes to show you can't rely on hype - you need to check things out in person.
About Hygienist: Even the hygienists were un-hygienic and not at all well groomed or professional looking.

Except for my last molar on each side, I had all my upper teeth replaced with Porcelian Crowns and one implant. I would recommend Dr. Berger's services to anyone. I found him to be friendly, caring and precise. . He was straight forward with the facts and provided me with options to fix my smile. Needles were painless and his assistant Cindy was just wonderful. I am pleased with the outcome and very happy to have finally met a Dentist who really enjoyed trying to make the best with what I had.

My mother is usually very scared of the dentist and had no problems here. She loves going back now. I'm so grateful for the care she received! My entire family will be going to see Dr. Berger now!

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as positive as the other reviewers. You'll need to allocate a good part of your day just waiting around this office. If not in the waiting room, then it will be in the billing office or just sitting in the dental chair waiting for someone to work on you. Something as simple as a filling took 1.5 hours and it wasn't done well. I had to return to get some extra cement that leaked during the procedure scrapped off. The filling still seems to be rough and there are some sharp edges that I probably need to have fixed, so I'll need to visit the office again. Other than the dental hygienist, the staff isn't that personable. I wouldn't recommend this location for anything but a cleaning.
About Hygienist: Dental Hygienist "Sharon" is very nice and skilled when it comes to cleanings. She takes pride in her work for sure.
