This is my first ever review and Dr. Kathleen Ban earned this for her Park Saratoga Dental practice. Her prices are fair, the dental work is thorough and the health of her patients is top priority. She is meticulous with her cosmetic work and it shows from the results. The great service and personal care that I received are consistent throughout the years, so much that I didn't realize 10 years have passed since I first stepped into the office. She and her team, Dr. Lesley Fox, Elaine, Melany, Susan, and staff are very pleasant and welcoming, which makes going to the dentist a lot less dreadful. The facility is very clean and the decor is relaxing. The digital x-rays make that process more pleasant. They also have the latest gadgets to make the experience great. I highly recommend Park Saratoga Dental if you're looking for a dentist that truly cares about your dental health.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is very thorough with her work. She takes her time to make sure the patient is comfortable and all teeth is cleaned. Since I have periodontal, cleaning usually takes longer but I'm glad she takes her time.

I love this office. Staff is qualified, friendly, efficient, and they aim to please. Perhaps a bit more expensive than other offices, but you can always expect and receive excellent care and follow up. I had an emergency a few years ago on a Sunday. Dr. Ban returned my call promptly and readily agreed to my request to come into the office first thing Monday morning. I am completely satisfied.

Dr. Ban is the best dentist all around! She is highly competent, amazingly skilled and very compassionate dentist. She always explains the dental problem, treatment options and the best recommendation in a very simple yet profoundly professional manner. This particular visit she has done the crown for me in completely hygienic, pain-free and comfortable experience. She has been the family dentist for my family for more than a decade now. In the past she has done multiple dental procedures for me in a highly successful, pain free and courteous manner including deep cleanings, fillings and even tooth extraction. She believes in prevention & proactive dental care & treatment such that severe issues for gum, teeth or overall dental hygiene are avoided. You get a completely healthy & strong teeth along with healthy gums and overall vibrant health for your mouth! Her staff is extremely patient friendly, customer centric and welcoming. Dr. Ban's treatments are cost effective and her staff is extremely savvy with all kinds of insurance and they go out of their way to help you at each and every step. Dr. Ban's chair side manners are exemplary. She even made my tooth extraction so simple that it remains a pain free and quick experience

About Front Desk: Melony and front desk staff has been extremely courteous, friendly and very customer friendly. Susan is the most knowledgeable person in insurance and financing help. She always help you out with insurance payments, options and the most cost effective methods such that you pay the least out of your pocket! Overall great staff that always exceeds my expectations in all aspects of patient and customer care! Overall the Best Dental office staff that matches the best skills and expertise of the best dentist I have ever met - Dr. Ban!

About Hygienist: Brianna has been great. She was assisting Dr. Ban during the treatment. She had been gentle, caring and thorough as well. Feel amazingly clean, fresh and healthy mouth!

Still the best! Living an hour away, I've been forced to try out other dentists for the sake of convenience but still have not found anyone as good as Dr. Ban.

Dr. Ban has been taking really good care of my teeth for the past 6 years. Through the years I did Invisalign, two implants, and several other major dental work. Dr. Ban and the other doctors at Park Saratoga Dental have been very professional and efficient each and every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

For 9 years Dr Bann and her team have been taking care of my dental health. I heard about her through a co- worker who was experiencing terrible pain until she saw Dr Bann. She recommended Park Saratoga Dental so highly I decided to give them a try. I have had caps, a root canal and the replacement of a mouthful of old dental work with state of the art work. She is always warm, professional and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Her team is professional efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Bann and the rest of the Park Saratoga team. I trust them so much I have continued to drive 4 hours from Lake Tahoe to work with this team.

I am so happy to be with Dr. Ban! I had two Bridges done by her 15 years ago, and they held up wonderful. I came to her place in Saratoga to replace one bridge with dental implants. It is Amazing how relaxed and comfortable I am here. I have always known She is truly a miracle worker, and I never have to be concerned about a visit. I constantly refer Family and Friends here, it is always a great experience & perfect outcome. Thank You Dr. Ban!

I've been seeing Dr. Ban ever since high school and now I've graduated college and am working. Needless to say my family and I have never switched dentists because Dr. Ban is simply the best in the area. Not only is she thorough and knowledgable in the field; she is careful and articulate in her craft when she is working with patients. The best element of Dr. Ban's style as a dentist is that she always goes the extra mile in order to ensure her patients' comfort and trust. When I was experiencing extreme anxiety prior to my wisdom teeth removal surgery, Dr. Ban never rushed my decision or made me feel like I was overreacting. As a sincere individual who is passionate about her position as a dentist and her responsibility to help others, she very efficiently distracted my mind from the surgery by talking and joking about other things. For an experience that is usually so unpleasant, she made it as swift, comfortable, and efficient as possible. I am happy to say that I'm healing very well and have now established full trust in Dr. Ban despite my usual anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff, Susan, has been the same since I was a kid and it's always comforting to see a familiar face. On top of that she is extremely friendly and helpful. Before my surgery, sensing how anxious I was, she was kind enough to give me a Valium to help calm my nerves. Susan has a very kind, gentle, and positive personality that is contagious once you enter the office.
