DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! They are so unprofessional! I went there thinking i found the perfect dental place, until i received a call regarding a mistake THEY made! I was provided with a price for my mouth guard, i paid for it and got it done. Two weeks later i get a call that they didnt do their job and didn't double check with my insurance and now expect me to pay. They said they will give me a discount, but even with that why do i need to pay for someone else's mistake!?!! I paid what i was told, and just like every other dental place, you pay upfront because they already checked and made sure what is covered and what is not. Now i am stressed out and going to a lawyer in the am for consultation. They had a nerve to offer me to get a CareCredit card to pay for it if i don't have the money. This is ridiculous! I have never in my life had to deal with something like this. On top of stress i have to miss time from work to go deal with this!!! Again do not go there!!!!!

I had one appointment for a consultation and he seemed ready to work without even doing any X-rays. I would hope here would be more thorough planning conducted before doing extensive work on a patient

Best Dentist Ever!! I have had multiple, complicated procedures done and Dr. Kim not only made them painless but he is so fast too! I have never been in his chair more than an hour and like I said, I have had extensive work done. I keep telling family and friends to go to Dr. Kim for his outstanding work, really nice personality and gentleness. I am the worst at following up with cleanings etc...I know he is not the kind of dentist that will berate me even though he probably thinks I should stay on top of my teeth cleanings. He's just an overall nice, professional person who I thoroughly enjoy seeing. Put it this way, if you are afraid of the dentist, this is the guy to see.

This is my third visit in two weeks...and I keep coming back so that they can perfect my already beautiful smile. They are great at what they do, considerate and patient care oriented. I never have a long wait time and they have been able to fix the horrible botch job done from a past dentist who was focused more on bringing in money than the safety of his patients. No pain from my root canals or crowns so I finally don't have to hyperventilate every time I have a dental appt. Dr. Kim's office is a top tier practice and I recommend anyone and their family to visit.

I have been to 3 dental offices, and Dr. Kim is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. Not only does his calming personality ease my anxiety through dental procedures, but his office is state of the arch as well. The music is therapy to the ears, and the office is kept very clean. Not to mention, the interior of the office is unique and very welcoming. Considering how the procedures went, it was the best treatment I have ever gotten. Dr. Kim gives explanations and reasons to procedures that he recommends you to get, leaving you with no questions on certain procedures. His execution of the procedures are flawless as well. Awesome dentist.

I used to be beyond scared of dentists until I met Dr. Kim. I started seeing Dr. Kim years ago at the recommendation of a friend. I have to say Dr Kim is the most likeable dentist ever. His bedside manners put you at ease. His work is meticulous, thorough and unbelievably pleasant. Today I had a very complicated root canal and he made the experience painless. I have nothing but high praises for Dr. Kim and his staff. More than highly recommend him and would give him above 5 stars if I could.

I have been a patient here for over 6 years and have had everything from cleanings to root canals, and crowns. The cost is reasonable and fair for treatment and the service is excellent. Dr. Kim is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable. I have expierenced very little pain in treatment and have not had any suggestions or sales pitches for unnecassary services. The staff are more than helpful in answering any questions, scheduling appointments is made easy and in a reasonable timeframe. I recently has a claim denied by my insurance and the staff has gone beyond the call of duty to help in the appeal process. The office is beautiful and relaxing.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. As I mentioned I had a claim deny and they have kept me informed of the appeal process and what they will do if it is still denied. They always work with my crazy schedule when I need an appointment. Most important they always make me feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Shin Kim for three years now. Besides routine exams and cleaning he performed a root canal and a cap. I was so impressed with his work that I brought my mother in to re-do on old ill fitting bridge. Dr. Kim was very patient and kind, answered all her questions including multiple follow up call and questions. She was thrilled with her new bridge which fits perfectly! My husband then chose Dr. Kim (after interviewing several dentists) to do extensive cosmetic dental work including porcelain veneers, crowns, partial bridge and two implants. Dr. Kim consultation was lengthy and he understood that we were looking for a detailed, multi stage plan to avoid costly or unnecessary work. His advice on how to approach this work was invaluable and refreshing. He never tries to push unnecessary work and always offers pros and cons to any procedure. The office manager provided a treatment plan with cost break down according to our specific insurance. My husband has almost completed a year long process and the difference is so profound we are stunned on how good his smile looks!!!

About Front Desk: The office is wonderful and the receptionists are extremely patient, especially with my mother who is high maintenance. Dr. Kim has state of the art equipment and we were surprised he had a CT scan in the office and could also provide panoramic films, essential to moving forward with the implant surgery. Dr. Kim does all his own work and is a specialist in dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team not only for the artistry preformed, but also for the wonderful staff, and cutting edge equipment he invests in.
