Nicest dentist I have ever been to. My children love him and he actually cares. He is very honest.

best dentist anywhere!! love going here. have had nothing but positive experiences for 10 years., especially for the past year with the new front staff. had lots of work done, between me and my family, and all has been excellent! would give 11 stars out of 11 if I could!!!!and he takes his time!

Our TTU ins only allowed Castle Dental for many years which was horrible. Switched over to Dr. Heard when he came on board with the ins company and have not had any problems. He is all business and doesn't have time for milk and cookies with his patients, so if he comes in after I get my teeth cleaned and checks me over and gets me out quickly, it is OK with me.

About Front Desk: When I first went there the front desk lady (now gone) was somewhat stiff. Since then no problem. Last time I went Dr. Heard's lovely wife was at the front desk and she is a delight.

About Hygienist: Hygienists seem to come and go, I've had some really good ones, other fair, one time a poor one, but she didn't last.

Dr. Heard took such good care of me! He is a great dentist! My teeth look and feel great! He had great manners, was so friendly, and had a great office staff too! His office is beautiful! He was very gentle with me too. I don't have anything bad to say about Dr. Heard and I'm not sure why anyone would. He's so professional and good at his work. My family and I love him and would recommend anyone to him.
