Blickenstaff is gone. Hiebert has taken over and he is super costly and he just did not work for us. So we are going elsewhere.

He has retired - the dentist who took over is much more expensive and no where near as good.

About Hygienist: Carly was great - but we no longer go there because of the new dentists, my guess is that she will go elsewhere.

Office is clean and modern, Jill is very nice. Dentistry though is crappy that doesn't last and he doesn't guarantee is work. I had 14 crowns done LESS than 5 years ago and so far the two front ones have broken multiple times and had to be redone, only to break again and two in the back have broken in half. Unless you want to see him over and over again, I would go somewhere else.

I had a veneer fracture in half last Saturday and called Dr B. He met me with my emergency a few hours later and was able to re prepare the tooth and take an impression for a new one that i will have in about 2 weeks. I can't believe how great the temporary veneer looks. You can't even tell it's there! I am very impressed that he took the time to meet me on such short notice and I didn't have to hide inside all weekend!
About Front Desk: Jill is a sweet heart and always takes time to explain the financial stuff to me. Dumbs it down just right :-)

About Hygienist: My hygienist is Carly. She is the most gentle and thorough hygienist I have ever seen and my family and I look forward to seeing her every 6 months. I highly recommend her!

I have gone to Dr. Dan for years. We used to really like going there, they were like family. But now they are impersonal and it seems like they are only interested in selling you things that you don't need. He seems to have trouble holding on to employees. In the time my family has been patients, we have seen numerous hygienists and had to deal with several different receptionists. We were very sad to see that Holly was gone since she always knew what was going on with us. Very sad. I thought we had found a dentist for life but now we are looking for a new one..

Easy to be with and a good listener. Very short wait to get appointment. Might recommend if someone has insurance.

I am one of those people who has been terrified of the dentist for her entire life (I'm 62) and only vanity, pain and a big dose of tranquilizers will get me to one! I cannot emphasize that part enough. HATE to go. BIG BABY. After being treated by "Dr. Dan" I actually sing on my way to my visit! I used to insist on N.O. (gas) even for a cleaning, but no more! He is kind, understanding and patient. Also important is that I suffer from 7-8, painful, chronic diseases and he never brushes that fact aside but asks intelligent questions and shows caution and concern for me and my safety. He is educated about Autoimmune problems and medications taken for them. I still hate the sounds, smells, need for dental work. The price was very much a concern, but I did a comparison study and found he is quite reasonable, in spite of his superior care! I was surprised because he is so good! I am so grateful to Dr. Blickenstaff for helping me make my dental care a priority and for keeping me coming back so I can keep smiling, no matter what! It is the one beautiful attribute that isn't getting old, tired or saggy, and I will never have to display a toothless grin, whether it is the norm in some places or not! He has a wonderful staff too!
About Hygienist: All the staff there are exceptional in every way. They are professsional at all times, their service, behavior and technical excellence at their jobs is impressive, but I also feel like they are my friends and I look forward to seeing them all when it is time to go for a visit.

I have seen several different dentists in my life, and I've had extensive dental work done. Dr. Blinkenstaff is hesitant on providing comfort measures, and seemed intolerant of my anxieties about the dentist. I only saw him a few times, and have since decided not to go back to him.

I have know Dan for about 13 years. I was deathly afaird of dentist. I had a lot of dental work done in the past and it started to fail. Because Dr Dan was a past client of mine and someone I trusted, I went to him for help. Bottom line, Dr Dan rebuilt my mouth. I now have the smile I use to dream about. If you have ever been self concious about your smile...you need to talk to Dr. Dan. We are in the final stages of finishing the project. I had numerous extractions and 7 implants, Dan and his team were caring, kind and upbeat. He always listened, he always made me feel like I was the most important client he had. Dr Dan explained the process and I felt extremely comfortable asking questions and learning. The team Dan has put together is AWESOME. Looking back I remember only the good. As I am writing this I am trying to remember the uncomfortableness, pain, etc...if there was any it is forgotten by my beautiful smile. If you are looking for a Dentist who cares, who listens, you owe it to yourself to call Dr. Dan and talk with him...I can say with confidence there is no one better!
