My 5 year old grandson had cavities and they needed to be addressed. My daughter's dentist told her that he does not like to work on children so sent her to another dentist. It turned out he had six cavities. The second dentist wanted to put him under anesthesia to perform the work and he said it would take 2 visits. Two visits paying for anesthesia... They then took him to another dentist who said he needed root canals and quoted an outrageous amount of money. I then told my daughter that I wanted to take him to Dr Citrin for an evaluation since we have known him for 25 years. Dr Citrin immediately made my grandson feel comfortable. He did have 6 cavities that needed to be filled but he did NOT need a root canal. Dr Citrin filled the cavities. My grandson did it without anesthesia or novocaine. His cost was well under the other quotes and my grandson had a very positive experience. Thank you Dr Citrin and I hope any parent or grandparent that reads this review will take their children to you.

Dr. Jay has been our family dentist for many years. He is kind, friendly and very good with children. I have had crowns, fillings, cleanings and it's always been a good experience.

OH MY! Such a wonderful guy inside and out. He puts you at ease, has a great sense of humor and takes care of business. I love this guy!!
About Front Desk: Cathy is a DREAM!! I appreciate that she calls 2 weeks before to remind, then 2 days before to remind again. Wonderfully calm and supportive!
About Hygienist: Beautiful job and very thorough. Great sense of humor and really intuitive to her patients.

Today I had two fillings done. He made sure I was comfortable before he completed the procedure as always!

Dr Citrin fixed my white spot on my front tooth. I have had this white spot for years and always felt self conscious about it. I always looked for answers to fix it and was told my option would be veneers which i didn't want to do. Finally after some research i found Dr Citrin and he got me in right away for a consult and was told i just needed to do a dermabrasion. Which was a lot cheaper than veneers! A few weeks later i had my appt. and i am shocked at how simple and quick the process was! I am so happy with the results! I cannot thank Dr Citrin enough for what he's done for me!

I had an appointment to see Dr. Citrin a few months back. The night before my appointment my dog had 4 grand mal seizures. I called his office first thing in the morning at 8:00am to cancel my appointment because my dog was in grave condition. I informed the receptionist of what had happened and that I couldnt make my appointment and I was willing to pay any cancellation fee to not have to leave my dog after having 4 grand mal seizures the night before. This was the receptionists exact response. "It is a pain when people do this to us, This is a major inconvenience for us when people do this". There was absolutely no apology for my dog just having several seizures and no "I'm sorry to hear about this". The receptionist was beyond rude to me at a time that I thougth I was going to make a decision about my dogs life. This place is supposedly "family dentistry". Well based on my experience this office is anything but a "family" outfit when their more concerned about a missed appointment than a "family dog" that just had 4 grand mal seizures.

Dr. Jay was quick, friendly, professional,and took perfect, painless, excellent care of me, even though I am from out of town. I had a dental emergency, and he saw me immediately, and fixed me up just wonderfully. The cost was fair and reasonable, staff was great, office clean, nice, and impressive.
