Ed Pantzar has been our family's dentist since we moved to the area over 20 years ago. He's great with the kids, works with our schedules, and is the most patient dentist I personally have ever had (and I've had some very bad experiences prior to seeing him). We've built great relationships with all the hygienists and office staff and he's even done well with emergency situations with myself and the kids over the years. As to fillings and other issues, he explains well, walks us through the processes, and is the best needle EVER when it comes to injections. Honestly, I cannot find a flaw with the office. Please note that this comes from a person who does NOT like going to the dentist, who panics when my mouth is covered (child hood experience), and needs reassurance. The response when we've had a weekend issue or an emergency has been equally positive. We have no dental insurance and they have worked with us re: payment and made sure we got the care we needed. Thank you to a great dentist.

About Front Desk: Friendly, willing to help us figure out times when the schedule needs to change, great reminders, quick response to telephone inquiries and messages.

About Hygienist: I have seen four different hygienists in the course of my time w/this office and I have liked them all. One gave me a great suggestion to floss in the shower (so now I am a regular flosser). Priceless advice that's saved me $100s no doubt in bills. I enjoy clean teeth and they all do a good job. I've never had a complaint. Have great relationships with them all esp. as we've had the kids come in to see them as well. Timely too.

Impatient with parents. Gruff with child. Tried to force hygenist to put adult spacers in child's mouth for xrays, he seemed burnt out to me.

You can not find a better Dentist than Dr. Pantzar. He has been my Dentiist since he open in Essex many years ago. He is great with the needle, I never feel a thing. He has the best staff ever. It is going to be a very bad day the day he retires! Kim Liberty
