I had an upper denture made. It did not fit. The color was wrong. I accepted the color but not the fit. Although he was very nice at first that changed when I I had to keep going back to have adjustments made. I told him the it would fall out of my mouth! Ill fitting. Too large. Uncomfortable. Adhesive did not last since the plate was not flush with the roof of my mouth creating a gap. Saliva and food would get underneath and wear out the adhesive. I was miserable because I could not eat. It kept coming off. He offered a soft re-alignment that would be "temporary". He stated, "I am not going to make a new denture. I will refund your money minus the lab fee". With that I told him, "You sound angry with me". He simply reiterated that he was not going to make another denture. I just want my denture to fit and I told him I just wanted it to fit. He still refused to stand behind his work. There are not many dentists in rural VT and I am so disappointed and I still cannot eat anything but soft food. I don't like to post a bad review but if he would have just made a new denture I would not have been forced to give him a bad review.
