I was a patient of Dr. Sook Son-McIntyre for about two years. I had three fillings done - forget about having a choice of material, it is always mercury-based, just as learned in yester days - and had many recommendations for root canal and crown jobs, all were to be performed by Dr. Sook Son-McIntyre. Not confirmed by second opinion DDS's but certainly cash maximizing. Did not feel I could continue trusting Dr. Sook Son-McIntyre and switched doctors. In summary, Dr. Sook Son-McIntyre is a good business woman first and a doctor - a distant second. Would not recommend.

I went to Dr. Son for many years and had everything from cleanings to crowns to root canals. She always did a great job, and really went "above and beyond". Always very friendly, kind and good with chickens! She would call that night to make sure I was OK if I had a particularly difficult procedure. The only reason I had to find a new dentist is that Dr. Son had to stop practicing for a while for a family emergency, so if you'd like to use her, I would suggest calling to make sure she is back.
