My problem with this office is the hours of operation. They are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and close around 5p.m. on weekdays. This means that almost every appointment, you have to pull your child out of school and take time off work. Also, it appears that for us, most problems happen right before the weekend and we can't even call until Monday morning to set up an appointment. My son has walked around with broken braces for 5 days one time, very uncomfortable for the child.
