Don't waste your time & money.
Make sure you get everything in writing if you choose Dr. Watanabe. He has different policies for different patients even though they pay the same amount. If you do not have it in writing he will not help you out. You are out of luck because he will not take blame even when he admits to mistakes.
My recommendation is to simply find another orthodontist.

I have seen many dentist. I must say that Dr. Schafer is one in a million. He DOES NOT treat you as a Patient . He DOES treat you as a Friend. He is Kind, and knows what he is doing. His staff is wonderful. They treat you as if you are family. I tell everyone I know to go and see him. One visit with him and I Promise You will Never seek any other dentist but him

He is a very nice orthodontist who I highly recommend. He did my treatment & I am extremely happy with the results. The braces he uses were great, I was able to see a major changes in a matter of 2 months. I love to go to his office everyone is great and welcoming. His main office is in san ramon (9301 Fircrest Lane #1) california and the san francisco office is on 490 post street #1220 (not whats listed above).

he is my son and daughter's orthodontist...wonderful! And has a great staff to boot!
