My Partner has Dr. Hoang and I needed to have a crown re-cemented. She fit me in. I then established service with her
about other Dental issues. She was very friendly and polite, and took her time to explain options. As a nurse, I appreciated the time she took with me answering questions.
She even sent my partner a personalized hand written thank you card for referring me to her practice with a treat in it.
About Front Desk: Very Friendly, very easy understanding of the billing and insurance. I feel like I am a family member and not just another patient.

About Hygienist: WOW! I was treated the best. I had some deep cleaning done. I was made comfortable and educated about importance of Dental Hygiene and tools to do it correctly! I was treated with a goodie bag that is perfect for travel or work.

With nicole, you have a dentist that makes you feel at ease because it doesn't feel as if some stranger is working on your teeth. She works on your teeth as if you were family. She has very soft hands and checks constantly on your pain level and how you feel throughout the process. I can't find a better dentist nor have I known one. I would highly recommend her and all my employees now make a trip to ge see her even if she is out the way! Thank God for a Dentist like nicole!

Dr. Hoang is very sweet and treats you like a friend and not just a patient. She has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at ease. She does very good work and her staff are very attentive and friendly as well. I highly recommend them.
