Bad experience. They put braces on me for what was supposed to be 4 months,(one front tooth) at the 4th month I drove in rush hour traffic to find out that Dr Lorenz was never scheduled to be in and so I left and drove home in rush hour traffic. Dr Lorenz is rarely in and I had to wait 2 months to get an appt. that worked with my school schedule, hardly available and I got a bill stating I needed to pay ASAP but I still hadn't seen them in weeks to follow up. So, it's going to take 7 months for a 4 month job because they didn't schedule me appropriately. Don't waste your time or money, find a more well known orthodontist who has a wider availability for scheduling.

Wonderful staff. Dr. Alan Lorenz was very understanding when I came upon a hardship with health issues (and that was when I had only been to 2 visits!). Couldn't be any happier with everyone who works there and the results that my 2 children have had!
