Dr Apt and his staff made the experience easy and painless. My husband was treated by Dr Apt several years prior to our daughter. From beginning to end for both our daughter and for us the treatment was explained both in the beginning and as we went along. The appointments were always timely and the staff very helpful. Our daughter loved the staff and found the office pleasant and stress free. In the end, our daughter's teeth are beautiful and she is delighted with the result.
About Front Desk: Dr Apt's staff was helpful, friendly, kind and efficient! Patty explained all of the technical details and provided guidance on the financial aspects of the treatment. Her assistance, as well as, the front desk made dealing with Dr Apt's office a pleasure. In a world of automated calls, it is nice to speak to someone who can actually help you!

I went to Dr. Apt because he fixed the teeth of all three children of a close family friend and they had the highest regard for him and the kids really liked going there. I found Dr. Apt to know what he was talking about, He was honest, straight forward and listened to all of my concerns. I love my new smile, and I find myself smiling a lot more!! All around, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend him and his staff.
About Front Desk: The front desk is always pleasant, accommodating and responsive to anything I need - if i had a last minute scheduling problem, they were always helpful and once I had an emergency after hours and Dr. Apt was available--no problem!

His office stuff is professional. The office is clean and professional too. Office visit is on time too, not much wait. Overall experience is pleasant.

He has done a really good job fixing my crooked teeth. However, he and the other doctor in there disagree on certain subjects. It really gets irritating sometimes. He says I don't need rubber bands. The other doctor says I do. So every time I get Dr. Apt I don't have rubber bands after I leave. The times I get the other doctor I do. I wish they could agree on it.

He had 3 of my teeth extracted before the treatment. Some dental roots are out of bone because of the teeth movement. The process took about 4 years, not 2.5 years like he diagnosed before.

We have been coming to Dr. Apt's office for 3 years. The staff has been kind and understanding. When my son's bracket broke over a holiday weekend, the staff met us at the office within a few hours. Dr. Apt and his staff have been very patient, answering questions and concerns as they come up.

He doesn't answer questions about treatment on an ongoing basis. Once he has the treatment plan he doesn't want to be asked about any ongoing treatment. As an older patient this was troubling.

When my son's braces broke over the holiday weekend, the staff returned to the office and fixed the problem within the hour.

After 1 year my teeth are worse and I still can't eat. He is not fixing my problem but doing cosmetic stuff, which I never wanted!
