Randolph Yip replaced my ortho's permanent retainer with his own and then couldn't maintain it. Against my perio's recommendations, Yip said I should get braces, dentures, or implants. He joked about my teeth, saying that he wished he could sell my tartar. He said I needed to bring in my toothbrush because I didn't know how to brush my teeth. When leaving his office, he said that we would have to subpoena him for our records.

Dr. Yip, is very friendly, has lots of patience, very gentle, painless, excellent work. Great with adults and children, even toddlers.

Dr. Yip is kind, gentle and conscientious. He never does unnecessary procedures, or pushes me or my family beyond our comfort zone. He does inform us of trouble and waits for us to make the appropriate decision.
His fees are within my insurance limits and I have never had out of pocket expenses.
He takes an interest in our lives without being nosy.
Our family really likes Dr. Yip.

Dr. Yip is professional and friendly. Best dentist I've ever had. Always very patient and concerned to my needs, and have been satisfied with all my cleanings and fillings.

Dr. Yip is very patient and understanding of my son's anxiety of "going to see the dentist." Dr. Yip takes time to explain procedures and also has a great sense of humor .
