The staff is pretty rude. They have girls from checkout counter to assistants that are rude, disrespectful and look down upon you if you have Chip or Medicaid. I mean the doctor choose to be a provider for that insurance so I don't understand why those girls working there have that type of degrading attitude towards the kids's moms. I feel sad every time I have to take my daughter there. There is a girl there with glasses and short black hair who has been very rude and insulting towards me every time I went there and there is no reason for that type of behavior.

About Front Desk: Very rude.

My Experience: Cleaning

Please, please, please DO NOT take your young children here!!! We had just moved to Frisco and had to find a new dentist. Dr. Rubin was extremely rude and insensitive to my child AND me on my 5 yr old sons first visit. He seemed rushed and that he had better things to do (this is my third child, so didn't have a lot of questions, etc). Office spent much more time checking me out and making me PREPAY in order to schedule a filling, even though I couldn't even get an appointment for two-three weeks later. I was shocked! Dr. Rubin is much more worried about paying for his cute office than he is about kids teeth and their experience there! On the visit for the filling (I know, at first I thought i was overreacting so went back) I was waiting in the lobby when a mother with two children came in - one with special needs. The hygienist called them back, saw the special needs child, saw the mom having problems getting that child to go with them and actually just left them in the lobby and went to the back, shutting the door on them. I had to help the mother by holding the door for her! I overheard the mom saying she had called ahead to let them know she would need help and to please call her other child back first! Horrible!!

I will NEVER return here. My 19 month old son was treated roughly by the Dr and the dental hygienist. Dr. Rubin appeared rushed and careless during his visit. My son sat still and cried softly while Dr. Rubin treated his gums and teeth worse than any dentist has ever treated mine as an adult. The facility is beautiful and beyond "kid friendly", but every kid I saw was crying and unhappy after their appointment. The receptionist are wonderful, but as soon as you get back, you deal with rude/rushed people. I was almost in tears when we left. Recently, I adopted my baby through the state of Dallas. For the first 6 months he has Medicaid, after you can add him to your insurance (which I did). They had a separate (insulting and degrading form for those with Medicaid to sign with asking you to do basic things that should be asked of everyone, "arrive on time""Turn off your phone". I was insulted. I adopted. I shouldn't be treated second class. No one should.
