Dr. Derek Kolander's father was my dentist from the year he started his practice until he retired and Dr. Derek took over. Both Kolanders were and are gentle practitioners who are perfect for those who are afraid of the dentist and children, as well as those of us who just appreciate a caring dentist. Their hygienists and office staff are wonderful. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff and I have had everything from crowns and root canals and emergency procedures done there. They're great.

He is just amazing. He is so kind and caring. I like it that he always explains everything he's going to do and he always makes sure your comfort is his #1 concern. His office staff are all the same. It's hard to imagine looking forward to going to the dentist, but we do, honest!
About Hygienist: All of the women who work with Dr. Kolander are wonderful. They remember you, and all members of your family. You're not just another patient to them!

Dr. Kolander is super! He is so nice, it puts you at ease right away. He explains every little thing and shows you pictures. He fixed some cosmetic things on my teeth at no charge!! Find another dentist that will do that. He's a great guy and his staff are awesome too. They've got a long term customer in me!

Dr. Kolander is very nice and makes you feel comfortable with his personableness and humor. He is very good at explaining procedures and carries them out efficiently and without pain. I look forward to seeing the dentist.
