I was referred to Dr. Frenchi by my dentist for some gum grafting. He worked up the whole procedure, sat down with me and went over the entire thing in plain language. Made me very comfortable with the whole thing. But when submitted to my insurance, they found his pricing to be extremely high. I asked if he could adjust a bit to go along with my insurance and they refused. So I asked if they could recommend someone else in the area and gave them a number of suggestions within my insurance. All of a sudden, I became very unimportant to them. They/He never bothered to call me back. I went from very impressed with this Dr./facility, to very unimpressed very quickly.

Dr. Frenchi has been my periodontist for over 20 years. I have had numerous gum grafts and periodontal care from Dr. Frenchi over the years. Dr. Frenchi is the finest periodontist in the area. His profesionalism and chairside manner is beyond comparison. Treatment is always a complete success. Pain was minimal if at all. I highly recommend Dr. Frenchi and have recommended him on numerous occasions to friends, family and co-workers. He is the very best......An artiste in his profession.

Dr. Frenchi is a superb professional. He is extremely gentle with his chair-side manners and very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very dedicated to his patients.
About Hygienist: Liz, the hygienist, is great. She is thorough and extremely aware of your personal needs. I have been going to her for years and would recommend her to anyone. She is a true professional.
