Dr. Sanford is a very good dentist. Staff is very nice. The only issue I have is the fact that instead of checking to see what your insurance covers they perform the procedure without checking to see if it is covered by your insurance. I was told by staff that they don't have time to check all insurances which I feel is there billing dept job, so now they are sending me a bill to pay for something that they should of told me from the beginning to see if I wanted that procedure done. I was told by staff that they didn't know that my insurance made some changes. Next time check insurance before you start a patient that day or before to inform the patient of their cost.
