I can't say enough about Dr. Maloff and the entire staff at Endodontics Inc. They made my root canal visit quick, painless and I left very pleased. Everyone in the office is caring and they have a wonderful energy which makes the procedure that much easier.

I was very disappointed. I went after being referred by my dentist. My dentist sent the dental x-rays ahead of time and I checked that they were there. Maloff still insisted I have them. I said, no, this is unacceptable and the tech merely put the lead apron on me, saying there was no extra charge for the x-rays. Yes, but what about the unnecessary radiation? The tech brought the x-rays in from my dentist but Maloff insisted that he wanted his own. I'll never go back.

My brother referred Dr. Maloff to me when I found out I needed a root canal. I was very worried, because I had had a very painful root canal before. My brother assured me Dr. Maloff was the best and he was right! From the minute I walked into his office I felt very well taken care of, and could tell that the office was well run and professional. I was taken in right away, Dr. Maloff spent time assessing my tooth and giving me the options, then explained the procedure in detail. I felt I was in very good hands and didn't even feel real pain while I was there, it was alittle uncomfortable, but not painful. Dr. Maloff was very careful to make sure I was OK, and made sure he checked the root canal with digital xrays before he finished to make sure he had it perfect. He had to drill through a crown to do the root canal but he didn't damage the crown at all. I actually felt pretty good after the procedure and didn't feel any real pain afterwards either. Dr. Maloff called me that night to make sure that I was OK. He is a first class guy and, although I hope I never need another root canal, you can be sure he would be the one I would go to if I ever did.
