I explained to Dr Rega that I was terrified of the IV and he PROMISED me it would be no big deal, that he'd prescribe Vicodin and my anxiety would just melt away. Well, the drugs didn't work. And I only got more and more tense b/c they didn't seem to work. He wasn't concerned w/my fear and only wanted to get on with the procedure. His dismissal of my fear is unforgivable. After all, if he's this way w/an adult, how horrible is he to children? When I loudly said, "Ouch!" while being given the IV, which I was already scared to death about, the attending nurse tersely told me to be quiet b/c there were other customers in the waiting room. What kind of bedside service is that?! After removing my wisdom teeth, my throat was extremely sore from the tubes they didn't remove (or insert) carefully enough. I had so much blood in my stomach that the first night I kept throwing up. Dr Rega told my husband he'd be calling to check up on me after I went home and he never bothered to call. Overall, he did a decent job on the widom teeth extraction. But he gets an "F" in customer service. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Rega was very nice and performed an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth. I had little discomfort and had a good experience.
