Mostly the techs do the adjustments. Several times the doctor did not even look or touch the patient that they knew about. One tech (woman with blonde hair) is especially rough. Both my daughters really didn't like her as she grabbed and pulled and hurt them. Appointment desk is very nice. I wasn't happy with the final result - profile was not good- and the doctor didn't seem to want or know how to address.
