Been going to Dr. Karen for about 2 months now and I've been nothing short of happy and grateful for their service. She's very attentive, gentle, and professional. Please note that I don't like to write reviews but they have done such a fantastic job, changing me from a dental-phobe to feeling comfortable in the chair, that I feel moved to write a positive review for the office. Great job Dr. Karen and staff. Thank you!

It's my first visti to a dentist in about 10 years... I chose Dr. Ho as my dentist after doing a ton of research. I've been avoiding visiting a dentist not just because of my fear of the pain and stress, but more importantly, I hate being lectured by the dentist.
I had high hopes based on the reviews from her patients. Well, I have to say, everything I've read about her is true. She's gentle and explains every procedure to you in detail so that you know why it's being done. Her staff is just as nice. They fully explains your insurance coverage to you and tells you the exact amount you have to pay out-of-pocket when you make your next appointment so there's no surprise at all.
The office is new and very clean; and it has all of the updated equipment. The x-ray machine is linked up to the computer monitor and Dr. Ho reviews each image with you in great detail. (unlike the miniture x-ray negative dentists used to have when I was little... )
Overall, I am sooooooo happy and glad I discovered Dr. Ho to be my dentist I have already made an appointment for the follow-up procedures next week and i'm looking forward to it.
About Hygienist: perfect. They are so courteous and gentle and constantly asks if you are feeling any pain.

My co-worker referred me to Dr. Ho when I asked who she was seeing for her dental work. She was very happy with her dentist and I'm glad Dr. Ho is now my dentist. I had my top 6 veneers done because they were dark and gray since I can remember ( I believe it was tetracylcine stain) and they have always bothered me when I smiled. I was very self conscious. Dr. Ho gave me the facts and was not pushy at all. I had been to several other dentists before and they didn't give me as much time as she did and they were rather pushy. With Dr. Ho, I was very comfortable. I was very nervous going in for the procedure but left very happy and confident with my new smile. Dr. Ho was gentle, nice, and understanding- excellent chair-side manners.. The staff was wonderful. They helped me sign up for a 12 month interest free payment plan which made it affordable for my new smile. I 'm saving up for the bottom 6 veneers! My co-worker and I are both referring more friends from our office to our dentist. I can't imagine going to anyone else now. She's my dentist for good! I highly recommend Dr. Ho.

Dr. Ho is a very gentle woman with terrific hands. The overall experience was terrific. She has done two crowns to replace existing old work. She is kind, and she listens!

Dr. Ho is such a wonderful dentist. She performed excellent work on me. All the work that she did was also painless and fast, and I felt very relaxed and confident in her care.
When discussing my teeth/oral health, I always felt like she listened and took my concerns seriously. She is always happy to answer my multitude of questions, and she always has informed and intelligent responses. In addition to being incredibly smart and an expert in her field, she is very sweet and kind, and I felt like she cared about me as both a patient and a person.
She's the best dentist I've ever been to! Totally worth going out of network for her.
