Not so good, Had lot of fight against my bill. They gave me estimate and charged me twice. I would suggest to not go for this place. I had one of the worst experience in states with this doctor.

About Front Desk: They worked as per Doctor's direction so not listening to patient view.

I was referred to him by my dentist. Although Dr Vadivel was out of network for me, I thought to give him a try. I called their office and asked them that they are out of network for me, and how much I would have to pay, they took my insurance details etc, and told me that, I would have to pay whats usual, and nothing extra even if he is out of network. After i got my tooth extraction done, almost 1.5 months later, I got a letter from dentist, that I have a due of 45$ (I already paid 200$ as co-pay for a tooth extraction) when I called my insurance, they said, this doctor is out of network, and he is charging more than what other dentist are charging. When I called dentist office, the staff just gave a plain reply, that they cannot help me, and I will have to pay as the insurance didnt pay. The Doc and the staff will try to extract money whereever possible. they used some gel and mouthwash, which was really bad, it made my mouth tastebuds dead forever. and seems some experimenting mouthwash, it was not covered by insurance too.

Te doctor removed an impacted wisdom tooth and as he was pulling hard, he cracked the tooth next to it. He would not fes up to his mistake, saying instead that tooth was in decay. My dentist who refered me had the x rays, which I picked up and showed no signs of decay. I also go another oppinion from another dentist who said that happens sometimes when the impacted sight is brushing gainst the other tooth, but that I should be warned about it prior too extracting the wisdom tooth! SO, I got nothing out of the visit exept another broken tooth which needs a crown, THANKS DR. VADIVEL!?!?
