Wow!!! Talk about first class service, Dr. Cheng is the best she has the most gentle hands I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. She was so easy to talk to and very down to earth. I will be coming back soon.

It was a big decision when it comes to getting dental Implants done. As you all know they do cost a lot of money and you want the best result for what you are paying for. I have to say that I have been very happy with the implant treatment that I got from their office. It's been almost a year now and the implant has been working out great. The best thing is I got the implant in just one day and I actually left the office same day with a brand new tooth! How cool is that.

Our family have been patients of Dr. Cheng for over 2 years and we believe she is, literally, unique in the service and care she provides. Dr. Cheng offers personalized dental care at reasonable rates in a caring, supportive atmosphere. We have never been kept waiting more than 5 mins, never received a "sales job" for expensive procedures, never felt like just another patient being hurried through a busy professional service. Dr. Cheng (and her staff ) genuinely care about their patients. She will call after a procedure to check up that you're doing okay and not in undue pain, suggest a specialist if she feels they could do it better, discuss options in dental care giving sound, practical advice about cost, reliability, and necessity. Her staff know you by name and provide a welcoming family atmosphere. They bend over backwards to help with insurance, billing and appointments when you want them.

My family and I were looking for a dentist for our family. SInce I had quite a few bad experiences previously before with other dentists, I was being very careful when it comes to choosing a new dentist. We found Dr. Cheng from the online insurance referral few months ago and we have been pretty happy with her service. She is very gentle and patient, always takes time to explain things and answer my questions. I had a deep cleaning and some crown work done with her and I am pretty happy with the work. And I love this awsome numbing spray that she used right before giving needles. It works like a magic and I didn't really feel much at all. The crown appt was a little long but it was practically a pain free appt. The front desk girl was able to answer most of my insurance questions and she was quite helpful.

Dr. Cheng is the best! I am so glad that I have found her as my new dentist. Absolutely pain free and stress free. It's the first time I am looking forward to my dentist's vist. Dr. Cheng did multiple crowns and veneers on me and I am very happy with the results. She is very gentle too. I didn't feel a thing when she gave me those shots. I would like to recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone who is looking for a new dentist in the Tri-Valley area. I didn't have insurance back then but her office costs are pretty reasonable for the good quality work that she does.
