Be very careful when choosing this dentist. I had recieved care at this location for years and really liked it. Then, it was sold to this dentist. I did not know this and my insurance kept me signed up at the same location. I had a bridge replaced, but needed a root canal first. It was a nightmare. Dr. Estacio's tool slipped and and cut into my tongue! I don't mean a small knick. It was so bad that I needed antibiotics and could not eat for 3 days. No exaggeration, my tongue was about 1/4 cut out! I showed it to friends and they could not believe itl. I was totally deformed. Immediately for the first time I was so scared I had a panic attack in the chair and could hardly allow him to complete the procedure. I never even knew previously what a "panic attack" was. I had to somehow suck it up because I was in the middle of a root canal. To pour salt in the wound, he immediately began to try and cover himself, by saying "Oh you moved". I couldn't believe he'd say this as I had lain there in horror watching as he fumbled and the tool slipped. I can still hear the sound of it hitting my tongue. He then said. "The good news is that tongues heal fast, so don't worry". He didn't even pay for the antibiotics! The pain was excrutiating. I was terrified to go back there, but he'd put on a temporary bridge and my insurance would not allow me to have it completed elsewhere. To make matters worse, the temporary bridge broke in two. I was told to come in, but after waiting 1hr and 45 min, I had to leave. I ended up buying fixodent and continuously glued the two pieces down. After 2 weeks(the time I was told it would take) I called to inquire about the permanent bridge and was told they had to make it again so it wasn't ready! Now, only 2 months after the permanent was put on, it is now loose! But, of course I will never go back there! My problem now is that for the first time in 44 years, I am afraid to go any denstist for fear I will have another panic attack. I believe this dentist has scarred me for life. I also failed to mention that I paid him appx. $1400 for this mutilation.

I know this doctor: 6months
