I had two front veneers done. They look beautiful. I get complements all of the time. I also had a cavity that was very painful. I came into the office with anxiety, but Dr. Hoffman was amazing. I experienced no pain, and he went out of his way to ensure a comfortable experience. Joanne Rathmann

I really was impressed by Dr. Hoffman. He was on time, which isn't always the case at the dentist. He was very compassionate and understanding. He spent a lot if time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Everything was explained to me in detail. The best dentist I have been to in Florida. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hoffman was the best dentist I have ever been to. After years of being afraid of the dentist I needed major work done which affected every tooth, and Dr. Hoffman walked me through every step of the procedure and was as pain free as possible. I couldn't believe that I didn't have any pain or need any medication with the amount of work I needed to have done. After a total mouth reconstruction I now am no longer afraid for people to see my teeth and I owe it all to this wondeful dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman as I will be going to him as long as he practices. A big thank you to Dr. Hoffman and his staff for taking the time and effort to correct teeth that had gotten so bad.

I have been a Florida resident for eight years and I have visited quite a few dental facilities. Recently I’ve found Dr. Bruce Hoffman of Gentle Dental located in Wellington, Florida. He is both competent and caring. He, along with his staff, creates a wonderful atmosphere. I am at ease from the moment I walk into his office. I have complete trust in his judgment and always appreciate how thoroughly he explains the options I may have in any treatment I need. Thanks to Dr.Hoffman I am on my way to excellent oral health. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman and his staff.

Dr. Hoffman's chair side manner is the best that I have had from any dentist over the last 55 years. He took time explaining to me the procedure that had to be done. I am very impressed. Thank you Dr. Huffman

this is the worst dentist's office i've been to. hoffman saves money on everything - from xray machine which is extremely old to staff, who seem to be very uneducated and unorganized. the office itself is in extremely poor condition. the very first time i was having a crown done, he started yelling at me saying my teeth are in very bad condition, he was yelling while drilling which was a terrifying experience. the tooth was hurting a lot after the procedure and is still irritated. i am glad i don't have to return.

The first time I went to Dr. hoffman's office the receptionist was very nice and everybody was great. I had quite a bit of work to be done as I wanted to have a "hollywood" smile.... Well that did not happen! I needed 2 dental implants, a few fillings here and there, I also wanted to have my lower teeth straightened, etc.... I went to amother facility for the implants as it was much more cost effective for me. I signed up for Invisilign and started the treatment plan. Things went gradually downhill. It took Dr. Hoffman almost A YEAR to get the right crowns for my front teeth!!!! The color, fit, size, shape were wrong and it just was a NIGHTMARE. As for invisilign it didn't work either. Because he started me on invisilign BEFORE putting in my implants I could not finish up and ended up having to drop invisilign as well. He obviously knew that he had done something majorly wrong since he did give me a small refund of a couple thousands(I spend over $15,000 at his office!!!!!!). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Dr. Hoffman spends no more than a few minutes with me during exams & makes little effort to review my chart ahead of time. It seems he has a new assistant every visit & the office staff is very unresponsive/unorganized. I ordered a nightguard, they lost the order the first time & forgot to call once it arrived. I had a similar experience when waiting for a crown. They never called to notify me and had to reorder it b/c the first one didn't fit. I had a problem tooth that required a lot of work and due to his lack of attention, I paid over $1000 out of pocket and spent over a year trying to fix it. Originally, Dr. Hoffman recommended a porcelain crown when the tooth was bothering me. A month later, I visited again b/c it was irritated, he dismissed it as nothing, only to find out 6 months later that it was an infection that required a root canal and new crown. About 6 months later, I received a random bill from Dr. Hoffman's office saying my account was 90 days overdue and at risk of going to collections. This was the FIRST bill I received and it had no description of charges. As it turns out, insurance won't pay for another crown on the same tooth within 5 years, so they tried to bill me without telling me what it was for.
