I had a check up and a cleaning and it was fabulous! Yes fabulous!
About Front Desk: 2 girls at the front desk. 1 seemed new but friendly and helpful.
About Hygienist: The cleaning took about 45 minutes but it felt like 10 minutes. Very comfortable and the hygienist was super!

dr. lombardi put a crown on a tooth that i had a root canal treatment. she left cement particles in the area and my endodontist had to clean out the cement particles.

Dr. Lombardi is amazing. No pain, very gentile and so friendly. I am referring my friends and family to her for sure!

I've only been to Dr. Lombardi's office for general cleanings a few times. It was easy to make an appointment and my wait time was really short. I thought the hygienists were very thorough and gentle and the office seemed exceptionally clean. Dr. Lombardi was extremely nice and certainly the most pleasant dentist I've dealt with. We discussed my invisalign, which I began with an orthodontist whom I now have very little confidence in. I now revert most of my invisalign questions to Dr. Lombardi as she seems very knowledgeable in that topic as well as general dentistry. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Lombardi for the past 3 years. Her office was right up the block from my house so it was nice convenient... that is the only reason why i stayed with her for as long as I did.
She was never that friendly and always came across cold and bothered. She is NOT gentle by any stretch and very money hungry... not the kind of person I want to trust with my teeth.
I just switched to a new dentist in RVC and had my first appointment this past Monday. I was informed that ALL the fillings that Dr. Lombardi had put in, had to be redone because they were done very poorly.
So on top of her not being the nicest person in the world(which might just be MY opinion) I cant even say she's a good dentist. I have since spoken to 4 other people who have had the same problem with her fillings.

My nephew, who moved to Florida comes to New York to see Dr. Lombardi. I think that says a lot. She has been my personal dentist for many years, and I have always been very pleased with her work.

I have found Dr. Lombardi to be a superb dentist with a wonderful personality. She is very professional, with a caring touch. Both my children and myself use her. I highly recommend her. Her staff is also very accomodating.
