I switched to Dr. Altomar when I was 25 years old, after a previous dentist told me that without regular (and expensive) root planing each year I would lose my teeth by the age of 30. Dr. Altomar told me my gums and teeth were in great health and I did not need root planing. He has taken care of my routine cleanings and cavities ever since. I'm now 41 and my teeth are all INTACT with no gum recession or any other problems. He is extremely "calming" (I'm a white-knuckler) and I don't dread my dentist appointments. He also did an excellent job with cosmetic bonding of my two front teeth. I've referred many other people to him and they all call the THANK me.
