The overall impression i have is that the office staff "must" make money, and the patients' interests are not at the top of their agenda. I never felt comfortable there. The supporting personnel is very nice, and I was always happy with my cleaning. However, i had to go a few times for the same crown that kept coming out. I have also lost my faith in their recommendations for treatments.

Don't bother with this place. I registered with them 3 years ago and sat in their waiting room for 1.5 hours until they called me in for a consultation. I didn't come back there after that. My husband saw their commerical on t.v. and he said to give them another try. I did and I was still disappointed and mad. I am waiting for my work to be done and then I will find another place. Really...don't bother with this place. If you must know this place, here is what I noticed about this Glendale Dental Arts: THEY WILL... 1) not greet you when you come in. 2) have you wait in the lobby at least 45-60 minutes (even with an appointment). 3) not pay for your parking. No parking for this facility. All patients will meet Eva. Eva is not customer-friendly. She will review your payment options. She looks at you through her stern mean grandma glasses. She talks sloppy and will continue looking at you with pity. You will never meet Dr. Gazarian. I came there to have worked done with him and they assigned me to 3 different dentists for the same job. One of them (Sarkis) forgot to give me anesthitia and pulled out my tooth. OUCH! Not family oriented! They asked to keep my 2 family members at home. Don't bother!

I used to go to Dr. Gazarian years ago and had chosen him for my dental plan from a list of approved dentists in employer based PPO (PMI Dental Insurance). I had severe tooth/teeth pain and saw him three times for the pain. Each time, Dr. Gazarian said I had no cavities and that my teeth were "sensitive". The pain contunued to the point that I could not eat hot or cold foods. Finally, I had such horrible pain that I decided to see another dentist. It turned out that I had 6 cavities. Two of the cavites were so bad that I had to get crowns, one with a root canal. Maybe because my employer paid a monthly fee to him regardless of what dental work was performed, that he thought he could get away with doing no work on me. Needless to say, I NEVER went back to Dr. Gazarian and WOULD NOT recommend anyone going to him.

I went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted, which I was led to believe Dr. Gazarian could do from the Glendale Dental Arts site. After a lecture about the hazards of periodontal disease, I was shown a movie meant to scare me into buying the Dr.'s own Periodontal treatment, which I was informed, would not be covered by my insurance. I have a very reputable dental PPO (Met-Life) which pays 100% office visits, cleanings, and xrays. UNLESS this Dentist does them, apparently, because none of THESE services are "covered" by my insurance, either. So I was sent to a "finance manager", just like at a used car dealer to work out a payment schedule. Needless to say they are no longer my Dentist. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

This place really knows their stuff. Dr. Gazarian always spends time explaining everything I need to know when making decisions. He told me one of my molars were really infected (I wasn't even feeling pain). Dr. Gazarian said it was too late to fix it and that trying to fix it would be a bad idea because of the bone damage and that it wouldn't last more than 3 months before getting infected again. I was stupid and went somewhere else where they said it wasn't too bad and they can fix it. They didn't mention anything about bone damage. I spent a lot of money on a root canal and after only 6 weeks the infection was back and the tooth was loose. I had to have it pulled from the pain and ended up going back to Dr. Gazarian to do what he recommended in the first place, a bridge. I had to learn the hard way, but now I trust Dr. Gazarian, and never try to 2nd guess him. I send all my friends and family here and have never been steered wrong.

I love going here. They make me feel very comfortable. I have been going to Dr. Gazarian for the last 25 years. 15 years ago I he put porcelain on my chipped from tooth and it has stayed put all these years! Simply the best!
