I know this Dentisit since June 22, 2010 I found him from his web sight. I was looking for a good cosmetic dentist for my 17 year old daughter. Dr. Perkins did finally put two front vaneers on my daughter BUT what a headache. I paid cash because the cost was discounted. A month latter I was calling leaving messages which this office is TERRIBLE at returning. After jumping through hoops and racing across town from Simi to Agoura at 4:30 in traffic (they close at 5) what a nightmare all brought on by the incompetence of his front office staff and D. Perkins. If you want good communication and correct billing and getting your insurance billing don't go to this dentist. We just had another bad experience with him and his staff over wisdom teeth and X-rays They billed my insurance but lost X-rays because new hygienist lost them in the system because she (their words) didn't know how to work equipment. WE have found a much better dentist with a great front office staff that does their job. I have posted a review on Angie's list that goes into 2 years of incompetence.

Dr. Perkins is terrific! He is friendly, courteous and very concientious. In fact, he called me at home after the proceedure to make sure I was not in pain, etc. His office is modern and very clean, and they provide you with Ipods during your treatment--a nice touch!
