Painless. Bridges, root canals, extractions, fillings. Procedures are fully explained and he makes the patient feel comfortable and confident. A great dentist.

The best dentist EVER!! i would travel around the world to remain his patient! patient and honest and fair, enjoys serving his patients with the best possible care. I have referred cooworkers and friends and family.
About Hygienist: I LOVE LOVE LOVE Olga! she is thorough and gentle and sweet and my teeth always feel marvelous when she's done!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shanklin for 19 yrs. My father, my sister, my aunt and her daughter ,and my grandfather are all patients of him as well. He is very gentle, friendly, and does whatever he can to make you feel more comfortable. I have had work done from simple cleaning to fixing cavities to route canals and I have never had a more gentle dentist. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR. SHANKLIN TO ANYONE!!!

Finally a dentist who takes time to talk to me, explains every procedure (as much or as little as I want to know), is fast, does not suggests procedures that are not necessary, and listens.
My whole family is now treated by Dr. Shanklin - on my recommendation.

What an amazing Dentist. Lightest hands in the world, when he injects anesthetic, you don't feel him go in and do it...all of the sudden you are numb. I've gone to him since I was 10 and I am well over 40 now. I have worked in a dental office, not this one, but he is by far the best I have known. Dr. Shanklin is the best. His hygienist is the best too. Very gentle and takes their time with each patient.

Dr. Shanklin is a very personable person. He remembers his patients and families. It is a very homey practice. He is a skilled practioner with all procedures including root canals and surgery. He is fair with his patients.
