Horrible customer service!!! My husband has been going to Dr. Solomon for over 30 years. He recently needed to be fitted for a night guard which was expensive. We make cash payments and have been making payments. 3 months later and we still don't have a mouth guard. I called today 3/23/2011 and they said that they had it since 2/8/2011. We payed off our balance the end of February and they said that they didn't call us to let us know that it was in on the 8th because the balance wasn't paid in full. It has now been paid off since the end of February and still didn't receive a call to let us know it was in. I think it's horrible that they would put the money in front of their patients well being. My husband has been in pain every night and could have used the mouth guard. They are horrible that they want to put their patients well being last over their money. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

I love Dr. Solomon and all of his staff and hygenists. I hadn't gone to the Dentist for about 15 years because of a great fear/phobia from past experiences. No one chastised me and they were kind and gentle, thus easing my fears.
My insurance wouldn't allow me to go to Dr. Solomon even after his staff called and faxed them trying to get them to get clearance and I still opt to go to him.
About Hygienist: Terri has cleaned my teeth twice and she was the absolute BEST!! No pain whatsoever! Very gentle.

A great dentist and hygienist (Terri). I drive 80 miles just to continue enjoying their services. I truly appreciate the seasoned knowledge and recommendations which are both methodical and careful...the patient's welfare always comes first! The office staff are top-notch as well.

By far the best dentist i have ever gone too. I live in arizona and it is well worth the drive out to see him.

Dr. Solomon operates in a NO stress enviroment.
My uppers were never straight, and his Crowns made my front 4 teeth much easire to look at
