1]dr shah's husband told me i would be given a free consultation, i wrote that on the document i signed in the first day and guess what yet they charged my insurance without letting me know
2]i got a crown replacement done.my crown imprint was taken by a trainee over there not dr shah herself.when the crown comes it did not fit me properly and had to make many ammedments.
3]when paying so much more they charge the customer much more than their agreed upon rate with the insurance company for that treatment , this is after their generous 20% discount as proclaimed by them. Be ware!! and once you come to know that and you ask the doctor she says " oh we haven"t raised our prices since many years" . Their rates are certainly not nominal.
4]The billing says all charges are due at the time of the treatment and nd then they send you another bill for things they did not specify verbally or in writing that they would charge you or your insurance.
5] you would get quote for one thing and your insurance would be charged for several other so you end up paying a lot more even though you think you haven't. you can easily get some more treatments done with that insurance balance.

About Front Desk: I called the front desk several times to sort out the excessive billing matters. They never got back to me. In my review elsewhere they get back to me saying insurance companies can make mistakes.I asked them to let me know what mistake the insurance company made I can follow up with the insurance company and they never got back to me.

Great Dentist !
She is treating me and my family for last 15 yrs and I am very happy with her. I recommend her all the time. I am very surprised with some of the reviews on YELP and also understand that was due to Co-Payment issues. I always had very good relation with front staff and was always accommodated for the payment plans.

Dr. Usha G. Shah is very gentle and caring dentist. I been visiting her for almost 15 years and she has kept my teeth in good shape. HEr office Manager is very professional and explains all details. She even takes care of my insurance issue and waits till all claims are paid off for my co-payments.

Dr. Shah is excellent dentist. She is virtually painless and very gentle. All staff is very customer oriented and patiently answers all questions. Recently remodeled office looks latest with all equipment and decor.
She has done great job on my front teeth. Because of my bad stained front teeth, I was reluctant to smile. Dr. Shah recommended dental veneers and performed six front teeth veneers. Now I smile a lot without hesitation.
I recommend this office and Dr. Shah to everyone.

Dr Usha Shah is a very caring and an excellent dentist. I recently had 2 crowns done and she did a fabulous job. One of the leading endodontists in the valley praised the crown preps she did for me as well as her conservatism in her approach. Thanks to Dr Shah, I didn't get any root canals...I have been going to Dr Shah for years and would highly recommend her. Her staff is very polite and courteous and I have always had a very pleasant experience going for any type of dental work with Dr Shah. Thanks and keep up the great work Dr Shah!

Dr. Shah is very good - but I do not like her partner. Even cleanings are painful. Only see Dr. Shah.
