Dr. Leeling did all of our dental work (my brother, sister and I) throughout grade school and high school. And I, in particular, needed lots of it (cleanings, bridges, crowns, the works)! We moved away from Monterey Park after my senior year in high school and moved on to other dentists, but the other dentists we have seen in the years since have all commented on what exceptional work Dr. Leeling did. A few years back my sister actually traveled out of her area to see Dr. Leeling because of the quality of the work he does. And it was his office which took the extra step of checking her blood pressure before a minor dental surgery which diagnosed that she had extremely high blood pressure. This extra step was potentially life-saving as my sister did not visit the doctor often and had no idea. I would give Dr. Leeling the highest recommendation.

Procedures were very costly. Heard other people in office on different occasions being told that they needed the same costly procedures done. This fact makes me unsure if they were actually necessary or not. The receptionist and staff were very nice. Once I had a teeth scaling procedure and the hygenist did not numb my teeth...it was veeerrrryy painful. The next time I came to do the rest of the procedure and a different hygienist did numb my teeth. My husband was also told he needed expensive treatment done. Would not return unless a second opinion from different dentist returned the same diagnosis.

Apparently I had a severe condition that was not discussed and explained. A tooth was pulled without explaining to me any options of implants or other options. The condition worsened and I went to a new dentist. I lost 2 more teeth and am now in need of bone grafts and implants which I may not have been the fault of this dentist, but were not explained to me as an option. The pulled tooth also left room for motion and undid a substantial amount of orthodontic work. I am very unhappy.
