Dr Chen is very nice, she helped relieve my pain but the procedure was a bit expensive

She is not professional at all. Very poor service & dental treatments. She rents a small space from another dentist and she runs the whole practice on her cell phone by herself.
Do not have her persuade you "to make the most from your insurance" as she did w/ me. She will take advantage of your dental dilemas. The front crown she made for me broke in less than 2 weeks. Went back to her, you think she would fix it for free like any caring dentist would, right? Nope, she charged me the whole deal again w/ a small discount. Since you're desperate & can't let others see you w/out a tooth, you took her sweet deals. Also, I've gotten a so called deep cleaning for my right upper & lower quadrants that was less than a regular cleaning and she charged my insurance almost $600 plus $125 for exam, & $86 in X-rays that she didn't even take. Filed dispute w/ my ins, no x-rays to prove her case, then she claims it was billed in error.

I had to have an old filling removed and replaced. Dr. Chen gave me a novacaine injection (AND THERE WAS NO PAIN DURING THE INJECTION!) Wow - that was a first. The injection is usually the most painful part.
Dr. Chen is better than great! She did the highest quality job and there was no pain at all. I recommend her fully.

I had a lot of work done in theUK, then moved to the US.
Jenny Chen did a minor chip repair on a front tooth and it was perfect and undetectable. I then had a full exam and had ALL the UK work redone. Her work was so detailed and meticulous that my teeth look perfect and I have had no discomfort or pain since. Only after she did the work did I realise that I had only been chewing on one side to avoid pain on the other. Now I am back in the UK, I fly to the US to get Jenny Chen to do the check ups. Last time 90 minutes after landing at SFO I was in the chair for a check up, only to be told that all ws fine. I have had a lot of work from a lot of dentists in my time. Nobody comes close in terms of attention to detail. Then when you realise that she also teaches the dental students in town, you know you are in good hands! Chris
