I can't believe this dentist is still in business. She is onlu open 3 days a week, takes all kinds of vacations and doesn't schedule you in when you have an emergency.Her staff never returns phone calls, so I have had to call numerous times, leave messages and then call back again. I had a crown fall off after only a month and she couldn't fit me in until a week later! Meanwhile I am walking around with a missing tooth! When I had other work done there, the dental assistant was rough and sloppy - she kept the suction tube in one spot for so long, it made a sore in my gums. My mouth was sore for a week from the numbing injections. Overall, I would not recommend this dentist.

I don't like this dentist because of her charges estimation and actual charges. She always charge lot more than actual estimation she herself give. She even charges different amount to insurance and take extra amount from us. It never matches. Every time we have to call her office for correction.

Don't like the proceedures of being put into a small room and given information about what I will owe if I choose #1 or #2. Prices are extreme. Dentist actually threatened me with her body language, facial expression and was agressive towards me. I didn't like her work before I walked out of her office and was told to wait until the swelling went down. When my mouth healed she denied having even done the work. I miss Dr. Rosencranz he sold his business to the wrong person. I'm looking for another dentist now.
About Hygienist: M ar y is ok, she isn't as thourogh as she could be. It's almost like she is afraid to do a real good job.

Office seems extremely chaotic. Fees are not always disclosed accurately and billing practices are questionable. I did not feel comfortable in the office. The atmosphere was not very professional.

Finally, I've found a better dentist!
Throughout my experiences with Dr. Chitgopekar and staff the one constant has been uptight and unfriendly customer service and a generally uncomfortable atmosphere. I don't think there's a person in that office that l likes their job.
The only reason I stayed so long is that I couldn't afford a better dentist.
