Dr. Parmley is extremely nice and understanding. I had a crown fall off over the weekend and he worked me in as a new patient the very next day. He examined my crown and was able to re-cement the crown after a short cleaning. He offered me pain relieving options and did a fast and effective repair of my crown. I returned for a follow-up and cleaning as well several weeks later and he again was professional, courteous, and speedy. I have moved quite a lot and have experienced multiple dentists over the years and he is the best dentist I have ever been to hands down.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is very nice. They are always smiling and I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get back for my appointment. Their check-in process is quick and easy. Whenever I call them, they answer the phone quickly and resolve my issue fast whether that is a call-back from them or my dentist. It's an all-around great dental office.

I made an appointment with this office because I needed fillings fixed. I could feel the hole and my teeth had been throbbing. I went in; they took a couple of X-rays and then sat me down. The dentist (Dr. Timothy Parmley) came in and asked me if I grinded my teeth. I said that I had been told that I did. He said “I can draw you a picture”. If you grind your teeth then the filling wears away. I was sitting there thinking “why is he treating me like I’m 2 and can’t possibly understand?” He then looked in my mouth and started drawing me a picture of a tooth with a filling; then another tooth further ground down with less filling. Feeling annoyed; I had to ask “so am I missing some filling?” Yes; I would have to drill deeper to fill it. OK….He was walking out and I said “so you aren’t going to do that today?” He looked at me annoyed and said “I have a surgery to do” Well EXCUSE ME!!!! I said “that is why I came in today- was to have my filling fixed” He said that it would do no good to get upset at him and left. I sat there for a minute with my blood pressure rising and couldn’t believe what had just happened. I had made an appointment; been seen for 2 minutes and told to come back by a VERY RUDE!

Dr. Parmley is extremely kind. A great dentist that I would trust with my son as well as all my family and friends. I know his work, not only as a patient but also as an assistant. When I worked for him I saw the dedication and love he has for his work and his patients.
