Dr Ram is very professional and is very good at what she does.

About Front Desk: Very dishonest. I'm sure I have been overcharged after speaking with my insurance company. Very disappointing after so many years (15+ years) being a loyal patient.

I know this doctor: Several years, Dr Ram bought Dr Schrick's practice when he retired.

Root canal on one tooth and it still isnt capped. - They did extra x-rays that were not needed causing Overcharging. Dishonest front desk staff about cost pf procedures. They charged me for flouride...i am over 30 and they did not disclose that. they charged $3,481.00 for an exam, xrays, root canal and posts. They never put the crown stating i needed a deep cleaning but required an additional xray, exam and charged $225 out of pocket for those even though they had a full set of xrays 2x over.

About Front Desk: Terrible! Dishonest, not friendly and rude over the phone. when i arrived to turn in my form for my records to be sent to new dentist, front desk lady ran outside and put a post it that they were closed for the next 2 hours. worst customer service ever from a dental, medical provider.

About Hygienist: they did not do a good cleaning because they were pushing a deep cleaning- that is extra $$$

Dr Ram is knowledgable and extremely professional. She provides all my options first and then lets me make my decision. I agreed to have multiple teeth removed on the same day and did not regret this decision. She made it less painful and gave me good post operative care and advice. She is also very patient with my husband who is scared of dental chair and freaks out during a dentist visit. The office services has been good and my billing has been accurate.

About Hygienist: I have tried two hygienists at this office - they are professional and do a good job.

I really liked Dr. Ramgopal. I thought she was a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately I did not feel the same about her front office staff. I think the woman there is rude and very unprofessional. After i decided to go elsewhere she called me at my work to ask me what my reasoning is. I work in a doctors office and I would never in a million years treat my patients in that manner. I believe that the front desk is the window to the office and that says everything

I went to the doctor as i was having an acute pain on left jaw and my gum was swollen. I had filling done and feels fine now .lets see!!!

Me + family now go to Dr. Ramgopal as our family dentist. She is very knowledgeable and provides good care. She and her staff are pleasant mannered. I would highly recommend her to patients looking for a dentist in the cupertino/saratoga/san jose areas.

Dr. Ramgopal is thorough, caring, gentle, and very nice. She makes me feel comfortable, gives excellent advice, and doesn't try to see you things. I always have the sense that she is concerned for my well-being and comfort.

Provides sound advice. Very approachable - helps in cases of emergency. Communicates well with patients. Coordinates well with endos, oral surgeons. Very professional staff. Provides lot of information about treatment/service rendered.
