Very cold, abrupt, and a very cold bedside manner. This Doctor does a horrible job of listening to a patient and their concerns. He comes across as it is his way or the highway. No caring skills at all. You can tell this guy only works for the money. during his medical training he didn't take any notes on communication skills or bedside manner Money seems to be this guys focus.
About Front Desk: Front staff Pat awesome. She is to nice to be working there.She is what a medical, Dental front office should have. Caring, concerned, Detail oriented.

I was referred from my general dentist for a root canal. Initially i was very scared and afraid. Dr. Mohseni was great! Pain Free and out the door with a smile. Would recommend to anyone!

I had visited my primary dentist for a root canal that after 25 years, had been re-infected. Due to extreme pain, my dentist referred me to 2 endodontists, one being Dr. Mohseni. My primary dentist stated he did not particularly care for Dr. Mohseni but since he was directly upstairs and I was in so much pain and could not drive, I decided to get a consultation from Dr. Mohseni.
Well, right off the bat, I could see why my primary dentist did not care for him. The staff was insensitive to my pain and had me waiting for over an hour. When I finally got into the consultation,
the Dr. was insensitive as well and very brusque. I did not like him or trust him. So, I decided to drive all the way across town to the other endodontist for the procedure.
In fairness since I did not have the procedure done by Dr. Mohseni, I can' t really rate the treatment success but since he failed so miserably in the other areas, I rated the success poor.
