Very competent and professional! I waited for some time before making this recommendation (I have been a patient of Dr. Hench for 6 years now). Dr. Hench's office has provided the following services to me: normal hygiene (teeth cleaning/diagnostics-xrays), a tooth extraction, replacement of an aging bridge, replacement of amalgam fillings with cosmetic fillings, 2 root canals and about 8 crowns. I am 100% happy with all of the work I have had done. I had crowns done to address tetracycline stained teeth--and I have gotten many compliments as a result of my new smile. Dr. Hench's office has always made me feel comfortable during and after treatment. I think San Ramon Family Dentistry is a model of how a dental business should be run.
About Hygienist: Debbie is friendly, competent and very professional. She is always praising me for the hygiene work I do---(makes her job easier) and she does a great job for me as well.

He has always been on time. No delays in the waiting room.
We have Delta Dental and AFLAC Dental and they are great about billing both insurance companies and having CORRECT statements.
About Hygienist: Debbie is the best....Gentle but gets the job done. offers helpful and useful tips.

Dr. Hench is the best dentist I have every had. If you are one who is nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. Dr. Hench and staff are very acomodating to your needs. I have had a root canal and wisdom teeth removed and never felt any pain, during and after. I highly recommend this office.

I have had only good experiences with Dr. Hench's office for 3 years. The staff is extremely capable, informed and friendly. I respect and trust the advice and information that I receive. I took my 6-year old daughter to this office after a bad experience at a pediatric dentist, and we both have been very happy with the attention and care that she has received. She actually likes to go to the dentist!
