I have had generally good experience with Dr. Spingler over the years. The past 2 times he has been very inpatient and did not explain what he was going to do; in fact intimidated me to get a procedure. I communicated that I didn't understand what the need or outcome would be. He didn't seem to care and in fact dismissed it. A strong hold type communicator. I caved into the procedure with now regrets. I am looking for another dentist who has a better ability to explain, answer questions and have me a better part of making good decision.
About Hygienist: The hygienist have been fine.
