Dr. Jones is an amazing dentist with superior skills. He has taken care of our whole family (5 of us) now for 4 years. His prices are competitive for the area. He prides himself in keeping up with the forefront of technology and has a machine that literally makes crowns on the spot! This ensures that you make one visit only if needing a crown and it is a perfect fit every time. I've had two crowns down by him and was VERY satisfied. Finally, he is very caring and will call you back day or night if you have any problems. Without a doubt the most caring dentist we have ever dealt with! Recommend without hesitation!!

I gave Dr. Jones 4 stars in everything because I believe he and his office have done the best that can be done in a field that can't be entirely pain free or relaxing. He accepts my insurance and any costs beyond what is covered is as reasonable as dental work gets. He has state of the art equipment - he makes crowns in his office so you are not having to come in for multiple app'ts. He is so down to earth and realistic about what can be reasonably accomplished

About Hygienist: The hygienists are pleasant and very thorough. I have almost never waited for my appointment either.

Dr. Jones and his staff have taken care of my family's teeth since about 1985. He's the best dentist we've ever had. Very skilled but never tries to push unnecessary work.

When I was younger I had a cavity drilled and filled, assuming everything was OK I simply went on with routine life. After a number of years, experiencing sharp pain and sensitivity in that same tooth, I went to the dentist to find that the cavity was not entirely removed from the tooth before it was filled. This introduced the requirement a root canal procedure and a crown.

My father went to Dr. Jones for years & despite my father's complaints of very bad breath, all Dr. Jones did was clean the teeth and tell him to come back in 6 months. After a couple of years some teeth became loose. Only then did he do x-rays which showed EVERY tooth in his mouth was abscessed. All his teeth had to be pulled. My father has spent a large sum of money on bone grafts & other preparation for dental implants (by a different dentist, of course), not to mention substantial discomfort he has experienced. This could have been avoided or at least minimized had Dr. Jones met the minimum standard of care indicated for the symptoms my father exhibited. My husband recently had to have 2 root canals done because the crowns put on my Dr. Jones were poorly done.

Dr. Jones and the technical staff are fine and my wife and I have been pleased with the Dentistry provided. However, constant billing errors, such as submissions to the wrong Ins. company, or Ins. submissions so late that the Ins. company refused payment were a constant problem. While we regret having to give up fine dental service the billing errors require that we seek treatment elsewhere.
