Receptionist makes for an awful experience...she's lazy, argumentative...makes errors on billing constantly and then doesn't apologize...doesn't want to help...office equipment is old and outdated...doesn't seem clean...they close when they don't have a patient so getting hold of them is really a pain. Receptionist/biller always trying to avoid doing work, avoids getting answers for you right away...they don't really care...
About Front Desk: Again...see above - it's just one lady and she couldn't care less...acts as if you're imposing when you ask for anything plus she is careless and makes mistakes on your billing constantly...avoid this place - it's a stressor ---- they don't care about you - only want your money

He is truly the best dentist I've had in Florida. He really cares about the patient and takes pride in the work he does. Never hurt me, and I am chicken when it comes to dental work. Great work & fabulous experience . Thank you - Dr Rossen!

Dr Rossen is an HONEST dentist. He does not try to tell you that you need work you don't. He does his own work. He does not tell you you need "Deep Cleanings" at $750.00+ per over what insurance will pay. I have referred many friends who were being ripped off by other dentists to him. He does competent work. All of his fillings and crowns are still functioning well for me. You get value for your money in this office.

Excellent work. A very happy office. I had a tooth pulled and I didn't know it was out. I went back for my wisdom teeth. Absolutly no swelling. Also, no pain. He is wonderful!

He is a great and caring dentist. Totally pain free, and up on all the latest! I would send all my family members to him - in and out of florida! The greatest dentist in coconut creek! I have been to some bad ones - go to him!!!

This office keeps me coming back. They make the dental experience a great one. First, you meet the receptionist. She's knowledgeable and very caring. Dr. Rossen is also great. He is extremly gentle and caring. His care of his patients is like family. You always get honest, great, knowledgeable, caring, and gentle dental work. I have tried the rest; but know I have found the BEST DENTIST IN ALL THE WORLD!!!
He believes that all of his patients are like his family!!

Poor communication skills; stereotypical NYer arrogance. Speaks to patience with a condescending disposition and God forbid you ask a question! Furthermore, this man should not have access to children! My son was in tears! My husband, son, and all felt abused when we left his office.
