The worst dental doctor in South Florida... unacceptable working ethics.... of course the reviews on his FB account won't go below 5 but the reviews of google, yelp and others also agree with me on this doctor's practice. My mom paid $9,000 for a job that wasn't even completed as said by their awesome sales staff.... Paint a pretty picture and at the end they take your money and you don't even know what has been done to your teeth since we trust what the "experienced" doctors says. After almost 5 months of having temporals because for some reason they always kept delaying the process for one reason or another, the permanent set of teeth came in, they were installed last week on Feb. 1st at 11am. She left the office unsatisffied and the doctor knew that her front central incissors looks a different color, they looked like they didn't belong. That same afternoon she went back to speak to "Dr." Fernandez because she felt tooth #8 which is on eof the central incisors loose, to which he replied.. "No... esta bien, se estan ajustando" On 2/17/17 we went on a family cruise and on 2/18/17 while in the cruise, that same tooth...#8, the one she went that same day fell, needless to say she was stuck in her room the remainder of the cruise

Yesterday, I went along with her to get it fixed, he became super nervous when he saw me asked me to step outside which I did not because I wanted to be with my mom, my mom wanted to explain the whole thing once again to him, but of course, he got SUPER defensive and began overpowering my moms voice and saying that she did not let him speak. Then called in his office manager and asked to call the police and take us outside he didnt want us in the office.... The NERVE! Of course, I was the one to call the police and file a report against him... Who the hell does he think he is dealing with? The man is used to treat older patients who don't have anyone there to support them, so whatever he says is a go.. NO! I took my mom to a reliable dentistry to have her teen placed back in, (he didnt even fix her tooth) and when they checked, we found out: Her gums were swollen due to non cleaning.. The guy didn't clean her teeth prior to installing the permanent dentures, this can cause severe tooth decay, gingivitis, gum decease and a list a possible problems. The guy saw in the xray that was originally done that he sad NO were on tooth #8 for the crown to hold on of, meaning that she was no bone therefore that tooth would keep on falling, it had to be an implant no matter what, yet, he told her that with a new crown it would be enough. the central incisors were never done brand new! that's why the color didnt math and they looked totally differently from the other set of teeth.... So what is my mom supposed to do? Stay quiet and do as "Dr." Lazaro fernandez says? What am I supposed as a daughter? stay quiet and watch my mom get ripped out of $9,000 and possible get a really bad tooth decease in her mouth? Thank God that this happened so that we could see what had happened in my mom's dental procedure... Has me thinking if this happened to my mom... How many more people has this happened to? DO NOT GO INTO HIS DENTAL OFFICE.
