Very friendly and professional. I was given a through exam and and explanation of procedures needed. I did not have insurance and so the office worked with me.

I went to Dr Ana Maderal for wisdom tooth extractions and my experience with her was great. I had a previous dentist that did not do the extractions and had refferred me to an oral surgeon,that wanted to put me on IV sedation,Nitrous and local and I thought it was to much. I found Dr Ana Maderal, that performed the extractions without any problems. She made me feel at ease and talk to me through the procedure that I was terrified and have been delaying for 15 years. I had no choice to do this at 40,since I had a cavity that caused me pain and was close to the nerve. She was very gentle and has very good hands, She is very proffessional and I think she took my teeth out in less then a minute, it was very quick and pain free. I would definitely recommend her and trust her to be my dentist and with my kids. We had switch over to her. I wish I would have found her sooner,even though I am a new patient, I feel very comfortable with her and trust her to go back. Thank you so much!!

"Wow" is what i said when the wonderfull Dr. Ana Maderal-Cozad showed me my teeth. It was so painless I didn't know she had even started. I get compliments on my smile all the time!

This dentists' office lured my family in with a coupon for a $35 cleaning. As standard practice they asked for our insurance information. We gave it to them as standard practice. They then billed my insurance company for the full price of which my insurance only covered $45 per person. They then charged us $102 per person. We inquired about this and the billing department told us that because we gave them our insurance information(standard practice) that the coupon was no good, as indicated on the coupon. I repeated several times that I understood what the coupon said, but that I would not have brought the coupon in if I did not want to use it and wanted to be charged more by having them bill my insurance. It made no sense. The Dentist's office was not willing to remedy this situation. They already made more off of my insurance company than they would have off of the coupon, but they still want the additional $306 from me. The reason I went to this new office was because of the coupon. Seems like a scam. The person I spoke to could care less about my complaint. She said, "Whatever" ! "You signed the forms" I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman.

Dr. Maderal-Cozad is very professional and caring. She truly cares about your teeth without trying to get more money out of you. She just cares about your results. I highly recommend her to all of my friends.
