Excellent service and quality dental care! Best dentist I've had in a long time. The entire team here is courteous and professional. You couldn't ask for a better environment to get your teeth worked on. Dr. Shen always has a smile on his face and treats you like family. Highly recommended

Dr. Shen does good dental work. But his arrogance, conceit and questionable billing practice keep me from returning. My best advice would be to make sure he only charges your insurance for the correct cost of the service you had done.

Dr. Shen is professional, knowledgable & friendly. Very professional staff. Punctual. Office handles all issues regarding insurance & always upfront about patient financial responsibility. Even my kids don't mind this dentist!

Dr. Shen and his staff are a great team. I've been going to them for over 10 years and he's been great in doing major work like fixing up a cracked tooth and making it look like new, as well as prevention. I go in and get a solid cleaning and he helps me to stay aware and be on top of the cleaning and maintenance I need to do in between visits. Overall, my teeth are just really healthy and it's great to know that I'm being taken care of. Thanks Shen Dental Care!

I was able to book an emergency appointment quickly and was treated incredibly, with care and respect. Painless cleaning and thoroughly went through my treatment plan with me. I would highly recommend Dr.Shen!!!" The professionalism and customer service of all the staff was impressive and super friendly!

Dr. Shen is the best dentist I've been to. He does great work, pain free, and is very professional. I've been going to him for 8 years now. He and his staff are extremely nice. I always feel welcomed at his office. I'd highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Shen is full of himself, demeaning and tacky. He is also thoughtless and compassionless as well. He talks about himself constantly to the point that it is very annoying. He is also rude and disrespectful. His staff is impersonable and very unfriendly and all business. They do not show compassion in the least. He doesn't have normal business hours and thus it is hard to get an appointment.
The only bright spot is that he has massage chairs.
