My family and I saw Dr. Palmer and another dentist in his office for a couple of years. His receptionist was often rude not only to my family but to my friends who were also patients of Dr. Palmer. I found Dr. Palmer to be exceptionally personable and very skilled, so I tolerated the receptionist. It took me by surprise when I received a letter informing me that my family's appointments for our exams was cancelled due to an overdue balance of $24. We have excellent dental insurance and Dr. Palmer requires payment at the time of service, so I'm not sure what the charge was for. I did not appreciate the inconvenience of having our appointments cancelled, especially since it takes 3 months to get another one. In a city with so many dentists, I wonder why he would run his business in this way.

Dr. Palmer did a wonderful job on my teeth. I came in missing two teeth and after some orthodontics, my smile is beautiful. On top of being a top notch dentist, he is a great professional that makes all patients extremely comfortable. I would reccommend Dr. Palmer to anyone seeking dental care.
