I never have to wait. The staff are all very professional, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Dozier-Donald is almost "painless" in her procedures. I have never had such a capable and caring dentist in my 70 years. I have recommended my dentist, Dr. Dozier- Donald to family members and friends and family members have gone to her office. Why would one use anyone else in the Auburn-Opelika community?? Anne B. Carpenter

About Front Desk: Great! courteous and helpful and genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a patient. Pam is such a nice person. She is also very helpful with insurance or other concerns.

About Hygienist: Very clean, capable, and courteous. Cleaning is very gentle and I have sensitive gums.

I know this doctor: since she was a student at Lee-Scott Academy

My husband & I went to this dental office. When we first arrived they did seem nice to us & I especially appreciated the fact that they still allowed us to keep our appointment, considering the fact that we were running late. They did not take long to call us back; however, they did not check our ids to make sure we were who we were suppose to be. While getting my teeth cleaned, it was extremely painful & I use to look forward to going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned. Honestly, the lady who was cleaning my teeth seemed to me as if she didn't know what she was doing. They talked extremely too much, repeating the same things to us over & over as if we were slow. Then while at check out they asked for a really expensive co-pay. I must admit, it did catch me off guard because when going to the dentist in the past for a cleaning & an exam, I've NEVER had to pay a co-pay. When I informed them that we didn't have the money to cover this & asked if we could be billed, the receptionist looked at the dentist & whispered something about my husband & I, which he & I both thought was REALLY rude. We will pay for the services for which we were charged, but we will NEVER EVER go there or refer anyone to them! They were unprofessional!!!

About Hygienist: The hygienist, Mary Beth, seemed like she was lacking the experience that I was use to while getting my teeth cleaned. It was extremely painful. Then she didn't clean the upper back part of my teeth, I guess because she was too lazy to numb the side where it was aching at. The main reason that I was fustrated was not just because of the amount of the co-pay but because of the fact that we feel that they should have asked us for the co-pay upfront to make sure that we had it. Had we known that it would have been this expensive, we would have re-scheduled until we had the money. The receptionist, Pam also proceded to go on and on making suggestions that we leave her a blank check until pay day to cover this cost or allow her to run my debit card. Then the dentist said to my husband in a very rude way. "We're not gonna have to come and find you are we?" And this was very inappropriate to me. That's now how you treat your customers. It was embarrasing, degrading, and humilating to both me and my husband. This is a place that I will never ever go to again.
